Who we are
ShoreFlow is a trading name of Shaun Lawrence T/A Innuvo, based in Newquay, Cornwall, United Kingdom. When we say “we”, “us” or “ShoreFlow” in this policy, that’s who we mean.
If you have any questions about how we handle your data, you can email us at [email protected].
What data we collect
We keep things minimal. The only personal data we collect is what you give us directly through our contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name (if you choose to provide it)
- Your message
We don’t use cookies, analytics tools, or any tracking scripts on this website. We don’t collect data about your device, browser, or how you use the site.
How we use your data
When you submit the contact form, we use your information solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Provide you with a quotation if requested
- Deliver the services you’ve asked about
We won’t add you to a mailing list, send you marketing emails, or share your details with anyone else. If we start working together on a project, we’ll only use your information in connection with that work.
How your data is processed
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent to us via Mailgun, an email delivery service provided by Sinch. Mailgun processes your data on our behalf in order to deliver the email. You can read Mailgun’s privacy policy here.
We use Mailgun’s EU infrastructure for processing, which means your form data is handled within the European region.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact form submissions in our email inbox for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry or deliver any agreed services. Once we no longer need your information, we delete it. We don’t store form submissions in a database or CRM.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your data
- Ask us to stop processing your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, just email us at [email protected]. We’ll respond as quickly as we can and always within 30 days.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Lawful basis for processing
We process your data based on legitimate interest — you’ve contacted us because you want to hear back from us, and we need your details to do that. If we begin working together, processing may also be necessary for the performance of a contract.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data (for example, if we add analytics or a newsletter), we’ll update this page. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
